The 3-piece drilling aid set from wolfcraft is the first safe standard solution for clean and centered expansion of existing drill holes using a hole saw. The high-quality 2K box contains 3 drilling aids: The drilling aid for existing hole sizes of Ø 35–51 mm can be used with hole saws starting from Ø 60 mm, the one for existing hole sizes of Ø 46–62 mm with hole saws starting from Ø 68 mm, and the one for existing hole sizes of Ø 54–70 mm with hole saws starting from Ø 76 mm. Additionally, the set includes a screw-in aid and 3 steel drill bushings with Ø 6, 8, and 10 mm, which can be installed according to the Ø of the center drill of your hole saw. The clever innovation consists of a high-quality conically tapered plastic cylinder that you can easily screw into the existing drill hole using the integrated thread. In the center of the drilling aid sits a steel bushing that accommodates center drills with Ø 6, 8, or 10 mm, securely guiding the hole saw. The centered alignment with the existing hole is also guaranteed with the drilling aid. This ensures a uniform hole pattern during series drilling, for example, when upgrading halogen ceiling spots to a larger LED system. With this set, you are equipped for existing drill holes of Ø 35–70 mm – ideal for professional use. The included screw-in aid allows you to tighten the fit in the drill hole once more, ensuring that the drilling aid is firmly fixed in the hole. Simply position the hole saw, drill, and finally remove the drilling aid with the drill core. You can also work overhead confidently with the drilling aid.
