The set contains 5 spacers, which you can place between the boards at a distance of 80 - 100 cm. Then pull the planks together with the assembly clamp to reliably compensate for irregularities in the width of the wood. With the 2 additional green clamping jaws included, you can also use the mounting clamp as a one-handed clamp. Simply remove the existing black jaws and replace them with the green ones. This way, the mounting clamp will continue to serve you well after your decking project. The next step is to align the drill holes with the decking drilling mobile. You can adjust the drilling mobile to a board thickness of 100-145 mm wide. To prepare the screw connection, drill first into the front and then into the rear drill bush using the pilot drill and countersink. The bushes are made of hardened steel and provide secure guidance for the drill bit. The pilot drill with countersink and 4 mm HSS drill bit is supplied.
