Windhager vole traps

Proven trap for field mice and voles, also known as the Swiss ring trap. Made from copper wire with a chain and setting ring. The Windhager Standard vole trap is a reliable solution for dealing with pesky pests.

Instructions: Seal all holes and later take a walk around the area. The holes that are now reopened are located in one of the main tunnels. Loosen the top layer of grass, set the trap as shown in the illustrations, and place it at a depth of about 10 cm. Secure the trap with a thin stick that you push into the ring. For bait, place a piece of apple, carrot, or celery in front of it. Cover the opening again with the grass layer or a bucket and mark the spot with a stick.

Tip: Wear gloves to avoid transferring human scent.
