For this purpose, there are five different insert grooves with diameters of 1 mm, 2 mm, 3 mm, 4 mm, and 5 mm located at the edge of the rollers. Depending on the desired curvature and the available material thickness, the distance and roller angle can be adjusted accordingly. The round bending machine can process workpieces with a maximum width of 320 mm. The machine dimensions are 480 x 150 x 200 mm (L x W x H). The maximum working width is 320 mm, the diameter of the rollers is 30 cm, and the minimum bending radius is 40 mm. The sheet thickness is a maximum of 1 mm for steel, 2.5 mm for aluminum/copper, and 1 mm for brass. The wire diameter can be 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 mm. The diameter of the roller is 5 mm.
