Wiltec Maintenance unit

This compressed air maintenance unit ensures dry, clean, pressure-regulated air. By connecting it to compressors, inserting it into compressed air lines, or placing it before pneumatic tools such as spray guns and airbrushes, the flowing compressed air is filtered of dirt and condensate. This significantly improves air quality and extends the lifespan of the tools. The working pressure can be adjusted continuously by manually turning the upper adjustment knob, preventing pressure fluctuations. The maximum pressure is 10 bar.

The water separator captures water from the compressed air. The condensate collects in the transparent filter bowl, allowing for easy monitoring of the amount. The condensate can be quickly drained by operating a valve. The integrated oil mist lubricator is adjustable and adds the necessary amount of oil to the air to lubricate the pneumatic tools. On the back of the maintenance unit, there is a bracket with holes for wall mounting.
