Wiltec Idler pulley

This pulley allows for the adjustment of the rope's guidance within a rope pull system. The distribution of force can also be altered with the help of the pulley. In this way, a rope pull can be easily adapted to the local conditions. The side covers, which are mounted on a movable axle, are twisted apart, and the rope is placed into the pulley. Once the rope is in the pulley, the covers must be twisted back together until the two loops align. The loop should be secured with a strap or a sling made of textile material. Metal hooks or loops must not be used to secure the pulley. Additionally, the bearing of the pulley must be lubricated before its first use.
