Wiltec Idler pulley

This pulley allows for the adjustment of the rope's guidance within a pulley system. The distribution of force can also be altered with the help of the pulley. In this way, a pulley system can be easily adapted to the local conditions. The side covers, which are mounted on a movable axis, are twisted apart, and the rope is placed into the pulley. Once the rope is in the pulley, the covers must be twisted back together until the two eyelets align. The eyelet should be secured with a strap or a loop made of textile material. Hooks or metal eyelets should not be used to secure the pulley. Additionally, the bearing of the pulley must be lubricated before its first use.
