Wiltec Idler pulley

This deflection pulley allows for the adjustment of the rope's guidance within a rope pull system. The distribution of force can also be altered using the pulley. In this way, a rope pull can be easily adapted to the local conditions.

The side covers, which are mounted on a movable axis, are twisted apart, and the rope is placed into the deflection pulley. Once the rope is in the pulley, the covers must be twisted back together until the two eyelets are aligned. The eyelet should be secured with a strap or a loop made of textile material. Metal hooks or eyelets must not be used to secure the deflection pulley. Additionally, the bearing of the pulley must be greased before its first use.
