Wiltec Hand tube bending machine

With this tube bending machine, thin-walled soft tubes made of aluminium, copper or plastic can be bent quickly and cleanly by up to 90°. Thanks to the practical lever, maximum pressing force can be achieved with minimum effort and with just one hand. With the reliable ratchet feed, the machine is also suitable for coated pipes.

Thanks to the various press pieces included in the scope of delivery, pipes from 14 mm to 32 mm thick can be bent at the desired angle. The bending device and the pressing pieces are organised in a plastic tool case. This makes the pipe bending machine transportable and suitable for mobile use.

Note: When bending thin-walled pipes (tube or pipe), fill the pipe with sand and seal the ends before bending.

Aluminium composite pipe & multilayer composite pipe: Ø 14-32 mm
Soft aluminium tubes: Ø 10-17 mm s < 1 mm
Soft copper pipes: Ø 14-20 mm s < 1mm.
