Wiltec CDI injector extractor

The 40-piece CDI Injector Puller Set makes the removal of diesel injectors easier. With this set, damaged diesel injectors can be effortlessly pulled out of the cylinder heads. Thanks to extensive adaptability, the set can be used for the most common injectors. The set includes three different slide hammers: a 160 mm long slide hammer weighing 1.6 kg, a 460 mm long slide hammer weighing 2.7 kg, and a 600 mm long slide hammer weighing 5.1 kg. Additionally, there are two differently sized puller claws with fork openings, one measuring 105 mm (13.7 x 18 mm) and the other 130 mm (12.7 x 19 mm).

The injector puller set contains five slotted hex socket inserts. Each socket is 100 mm long and suitable for sizes 25, 27, 28, 29, and 30. The set is complemented by injector pullers in sleeve design with support shells. These have an outer diameter of 35 mm, an inner diameter of 29 mm, and a spindle with an M17x1.0 external thread. Furthermore, the set includes three puller adapters with M27 x 1.0 external threads and one puller adapter with an M25 x 1.0 external thread. Additionally, there are three puller adapters with M27 x 1.0 internal threads and a slide hammer adapter for internal, external, and claw pullers.
