This manual bead roller with a stand is the ideal tool for processing various types of sheet metal and creating beads on body parts. Beads are channel-shaped indentations in sheets, wires, cylinders, containers, pipes, or similar materials. These indentations increase the rigidity of constructions and individual parts, but can also be used for aesthetic enhancement.

Thanks to its sturdy construction, this bead roller is durable and robust. The shafts run in sliding bearings with grease nipples, allowing for smooth operation. The stand provides safety during sheet metal processing. For additional stability, the machine can be anchored to the floor, as the stand has appropriate mounting holes. With the 6 pairs of profile rollers, various beads can be produced. The maximum insertion depth of the sheet is 440 mm. The bead roller is manually operated via a hand crank, allowing for maximum control during sheet metal processing.
