Product details

Bimetal saw band made of an alloyed carrier band steel and tooth tips made of HSS Cobalt M42, featuring variable toothing and endless welded construction. The hardness is 68-69 HRC. The basic material consists of an alloyed carrier strip steel, to which an HSS M42 flat wire has been inseparably joined using electron or laser beam welding. This saw band is excellently suitable for high wear resistance on stainless and acid-resistant steels, and for all steels up to 45 HRC. It is designed for profile and bundle cutting for small and medium workpiece dimensions. The standard set is SD, and the standard tooth is S with a 0° rake angle.
