The MARATHON® M42 bandsaw blade from Wikus is a high-performance tool specifically designed for demanding cutting tasks in metalworking. With a length of 3320 mm and a width of 27 mm, it offers an optimal solution for cutting various types of steel up to a hardness of 45 HRC. The HSS tooth tips in M42 quality ensure high tooth tip hardness, which extends the blade's lifespan and increases cutting efficiency. The positive rake angle improves chip removal and reduces friction, leading to higher cutting speeds. This bandsaw blade is ideal for layer and bundle cuts of larger workpiece dimensions as well as for processing large profiles and solid materials, including non-ferrous metals.
