DALI-MSensor 02 5DPI 41w (For installation in a housing)

The WAGO-DALI-MSensor 02 is used in conjunction with WAGO-DALI terminals (DALI Multi-Master terminal 753-647 or DALI/DSI terminal 750-641) and is designed for the following main applications:

• Individual office spaces
• Open-plan offices
• Training and presentation rooms
• Corridors, passageways, and garages

The multi-sensor features a motion detector and a brightness sensor. An optional remote control (Manufacturer: Tridonic) is available. The sensor allows for ambient light-dependent control and motion detection. Light control and motion detection can be disabled. Addressing is done via rotary switches or through the WAGO-DALI configurator. Individual parameter adjustments are made with the WAGO-DALI configurator.

Power supply is provided via the DALI line. The number of sensors that can be operated on a DALI line depends on the total power requirements of the respective devices as well as the address space of the actuators and sensors. Due to the load on the DALI bus, a maximum of 16 DALI multi-sensors can be operated on the DALI Multi-Master terminal (753-647).

Installation notes:

• The DALI-MSensor 02 is powered directly via the DALI line.
• DALI is not SELV. The installation regulations for mains voltage apply.
• The detection area of the sensor must be within the lighting area of the controlled lights.
• The detection areas of the sensors must not overlap; otherwise, light control will be affected.
• Deviations from the optimal room height (2.5 m) change the characteristics of the presence and light sensor. Higher mounting reduces sensitivity, while lower mounting decreases range.
• Heaters, fans, printers, and copiers located within the detection area can trigger false presence detections.
