If you are planning larger projects and don't just want to spray interior wall paint, the W 590 spray system is the right choice. With two spray attachments - for thick and thin materials - you are ideally equipped for applying wall paints, varnishes and glazes. In combination with the innovative I-Spray nozzle, the powerful X-Boost turbine processes almost all commercially available materials without thinning. You also remain flexible when spraying: the air and paint volume can be infinitely adjusted. The spray jet can be adjusted horizontally or vertically as well as wide or narrow depending on the desired working direction; for varnishes and glazes, it can also be set to a spot jet - for fast, perfectly covering paint application. The W 590 FLEXiO is supplied in a handy carrying case. Preparation of the coating material: Stir the material thoroughly in the original container. An agitator is recommended for interior wall paint. The W 590 was developed so that all commercially available paints can be applied undiluted. For smooth substrates and particularly viscous, gel-like paints, a dilution of 10 % should be considered. Dilution may also be necessary if atomisation is too superficial or if the delivery rate is too low, even at maximum setting. Detailed information on the individual materials and the maximum permissible dilution can be found in the material manufacturer's technical data sheet. Spraying material at least at room temperature leads to a better spraying result.
