For those planning larger projects and looking to do more than just spray interior wall paint, the W 590 spray system is the ideal choice. With two spray attachments – for both thick and thin materials – you are well-equipped for applying wall paints, varnishes, and glazes. The powerful X-Boost turbine, combined with the innovative I-Spray nozzle, processes almost all commercially available materials without the need for dilution. You also remain flexible while spraying: the air and paint flow can be adjusted continuously. Preparation of the coating material: Thoroughly stir the material in its original container. For interior wall paint, a mixing device is recommended. The W 590 is designed to process all commercially available paints undiluted. For smooth surfaces and particularly thick, gel-like paints, a dilution of 10% should be considered. Dilution may also be necessary if the spray is too superficial or if the delivery rate is too low, even at maximum settings. Detailed information on individual materials and the maximum permissible dilution can be found in the technical data sheet from the material manufacturer. Using spray material at least at room temperature will lead to better spraying results.
