The VCC 1212-25 IUoU-Li from Votronic is a fully automatic, galvanically isolated battery charger-converter designed for special vehicles, high-quality motorhomes, and boats. It differs from the VCC 1212-25 IUoU-Li by Votronic only in its dimensions. The charger-converter (also known as a "charge booster") of the "VCC" series has been developed according to the latest guidelines for mobile charging of supply batteries (living space/on-board batteries) from the alternator (starter battery) while driving. The device ensures a complete IU1oU2 charging characteristic even during travel. The maximum charging current of the VCC 1212-25 is 25A, and it can work with lead-acid, gel, AGM1, AGM2, and LiFePO4 batteries.

Unlike conventional separation relays, the charging voltage is lowered or raised according to the charging program specifications, making the device particularly suitable for EURO Norm 6 and 6+ vehicles. This versatile multi-talent for on-board batteries in classic lead-acid, lead-gel, or lead-AGM as well as modern lithium LiFePO4 technology ensures that the 8 selectable charging programs allow for monitoring-free, rapid, and gentle full charging from any state of charge, followed by full maintenance and care of the battery. Even during short trips, the battery is charged with full current. Connected 12V consumers are automatically supplied, even when the on-board network is heavily loaded.
