The Phoenix green T D 3.2 x 450 mm electrode from Voestalpine Böhler is a high-quality rutile-coated rod electrode, ideal for welding general structural steels. It offers excellent ignition and re-ignition capabilities, making it particularly user-friendly. This electrode is also suitable for vertical-down welding with diameters up to 2.0 mm. It is characterized by very low spatter formation and self-releasing slag, resulting in fine-scaled, smooth seams with notch-free transitions to the base material. The electrode is suitable for various welding positions and can be easily used with small transformers (42 V). It is designed for industrial or commercial applications and meets the standards EN 499: E 42 0 RR 12 and AWS A5.1: E 6013.
