Bluetooth Smart enabled. The BLUE Smart IP67 charger is the wireless solution for monitoring voltage and current, changing settings and updating the charger when new functions appear. Completely encapsulated: waterproof, shockproof and fireproof. No water, oil or dirt can damage the BLUE Smart IP67 charger. The housing is made of cast aluminium and the electronic components are cast in resin. The highest efficiency is achieved. set a new standard in the industry. Although the efficiency is 92% or higher, these chargers generate three or four times less heat. Once the battery is fully charged, power consumption is reduced to less than one watt. This is between five and ten times less than the industry standard.

The variable charging algorithm includes a 5-stage initial charge: Absorption, Reconditioning, Boost and Storage. The BLUE Smart charger features battery control with microprocessor-controlled batteries. The "A DA PT A you VA" function automatically optimises the charging process based on the use of the battery.

The storage mode is activated if the battery has not been discharged within 24 hours. Once a week, the voltage increases to the absorption level to equalise the battery. This function prevents electrolyte stratification and sulphation, the main causes of battery failure. The charger can also charge Li-ion batteries (LiFePO4). The Li batteries are charged using a simple start algorithm: Absorption and buoyancy.

The overheating protection reduces the output current when the temperature rises to 60 °C, but the charger remains functional.
