The table sandblasting cabinet SSK 1.5 is suitable for various blasting materials such as quartz, glass beads, plastic beads, and many more. It is ideal for paint removal or for cleaning and rust removal of metal parts of all kinds. The high-quality latex work gloves are securely attached to the housing. The viewing window with an adhesive protective film allows for optimal visibility and work safety during workpiece processing. Dust-free operation is ensured by the surrounding seals on the lid and door frames. A stable shelf grid allows for the placement of workpieces inside the cabinet. There is an opening for draining the blasting material, and the suction pipe for the blasting material is attached to the bottom of the collection container. An air pressure connection is located on the outside. Glass bead blasting media, corundum blasting media, silicon carbide, plastic blasting media, and many others can be used. Additional features include the regulation of working pressure via a pressure regulator with a manometer, a permanently installed blasting nozzle with a 120-degree inclination for comfortable two-handed operation, and control of the airflow via a foot pedal. The integrated cabinet ventilation has a replaceable air filter. A 12-volt fluorescent tube with a 230-volt power supply and external switch is also included. Note: The cabinet is delivered unassembled. The assembly time is approximately 30 minutes.
