Description & Application Area
• Liquix Pro 1 is a styrene-free vinyl ester composite mortar, available in various cartridge types and sizes with the Liquix Mix static mixer
• For approval-relevant attachments in cracked and uncracked concrete and masonry
• Approved in conjunction with standard threaded rods or Stix threaded rods

Processing & Installation
• Use a sieve sleeve in hollow masonry
• Clean the drill hole
• Screw the static mixer firmly onto the cartridge
• Mark the set depth on the anchor rod if it deviates from the standard
• Discard the first approximately 10 cm of the composite mortar and do not use it for attachment
• Fill the cleaned drill hole about 2/3 full with composite mortar from the bottom of the hole, or completely fill it if using a sieve sleeve
• Insert the anchor rod with slight twisting movements to the specified set depth
• Observe torque and curing times according to the applicable approvals
• The mortar can be used in dry or damp concrete as well as in water-filled drill holes
• For processing coaxial, peeler, and tube film cartridges, use the Liquix Blaster and Liquix Blaster Pro dispensing guns; for side-by-side cartridges, use the Liquix Blaster Plus dispensing gun.
