Product details

The Tormek DE-200 Diamond Wheel Extra Fine is a diamond wheel designed for an exceptionally fine finish, specifically suited for carving tools and knives where material removal is minimal. With a grit size of 1,200, it provides an extremely fine surface finish. The wheel maintains its constant shape and diameter at all times. It is suitable for grinding all types of steel and ceramics and allows for side grinding, which ensures a completely smooth grinding bevel. Its exceptional durability is attributed to diamond, the hardest abrasive material in the world. This diamond wheel can grind most materials, including steel, ceramics, and carbide. The DE-200 Diamond Wheel Extra Fine is compatible with the Tormek T-4 Original, Tormek T-4 Bushcraft, Tormek T-3, as well as older models with a grinding wheel diameter of 200 mm. All Tormek diamond grinding wheels feature exceptional durability and consistent grinding performance, meaning they remain round and smooth while retaining their full diameter. This is advantageous for users who frequently sharpen the same tools, as it simplifies the setup and grinding process.
