Use the thermocouple (TE) temperature sensor with clamping bracket to take surface temperature measurements on pipes with a diameter of 5 to 65 mm. The clamping bracket makes it quick and easy to attach the surface sensor to the pipe. You can use the sensor to measure temperatures up to +280 °C for short periods, otherwise temperatures up to +130 °C apply. The temperature sensor with clamping bracket is characterised by its particularly fast response time of 5 seconds. The spring-loaded thermocouple band makes it possible to assume the actual temperature of the object to be measured in just a few seconds and can also be used on surfaces that are not flat. The thermocouple strip can be replaced if it becomes damaged. The surface sensor has a 1.2 metre long cable. This type K and class 2 thermocouple sensor has a standardised accuracy of ±2.5 °C.
