With a diameter of 5 mm and a cylindrical shank according to DIN 6535-HA, this drill bit offers a reliable solution for accurate positioning and quick pilot drilling. The right-hand cutting pilot drill is ideal for centering and chamfering threaded holes in a single operation. It is particularly well-suited for machining high-strength steels, cast steel, gray cast iron, stainless steels, and non-ferrous metals. The use of solid carbide (VHM) and the TiAlN coating ensure increased tool life and improved performance, even under demanding conditions.
