The electronic knob cylinder from TCS is an innovative solution for modern access control systems. It meets the requirements according to DIN 18252 and DIN EN 1303 and is suitable for use in PZ locks as well as on fire doors. With an IP55 protection rating, it is designed for applications in protected outdoor areas. The cylinder requires no mounting holes and can be easily installed by snapping in the knob module. User guidance is provided both visually and acoustically, making it easy to handle. The cylinder can be configured with up to 96 key cards, which are identified by a passive transponder. Power is supplied by two CR2 lithium batteries, which can be replaced while the unit is installed. These features make the knob cylinder a practical and flexible solution for various access needs.
