The TCS 811-003-3045 is an electronic knob cylinder designed for use in PZ locks. It meets the requirements of DIN 18252 and DIN EN 1303, making it suitable for various applications, including use on fire doors. With an IP55 protection rating, this cylinder is suitable for both indoor and protected outdoor areas. The knob cylinder requires no mounting holes and can be easily installed by snapping in the knob module. User guidance is provided visually and acoustically, facilitating handling. The cylinder can be configured with up to 96 key cards, which are identified by a passive transponder. Power is supplied by two CR2 lithium batteries, which can be replaced while the unit is installed. These features make the TCS 811-003-3045 a practical and flexible solution for modern access systems.
