Sunset Monocrystalline solar module 10

This solar module has been specifically designed for use in small private and industrial applications with low power consumption, such as battery maintenance charging, off-grid mobile measuring stations, powering garden shed lighting, and off-grid power supply for pumping systems.

The front cover is made of specially hardened, highly transparent glass, which is extremely light-permeable and robust. The solid plastic back is permanently bonded to the glass cover. Anodized aluminum L-profiles form the torsion-resistant module frame that encases the laminate and allows for easy universal mounting. This gives the solar module secure protection against mechanical and climatic influences. The electrical connection is made via a sealed junction box with 0.5 meters of cable.

Crystalline silicon cells have been used, which achieve high peak performance. Even in diffuse lighting conditions, such as cloudy skies, these cells deliver a high energy yield. The solar cell is textured and anti-reflective coated. It is embedded in the soft EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate) plastic of the module laminate. This ensures moisture resistance, UV stability, as well as electrical insulation and allows for thermal expansion.
