Robust and infinitely adjustable – the leveling rod from Steinberg Systems. With the leveling rod SBS-NL-240PLUS from Steinberg Systems, measurements are carried out accurately and conveniently. It serves as a scale for measurements with leveling instruments to capture height differences, for example, to create level surfaces, align devices and machines precisely, or determine gradients for water flows.

With a length of 2.4 m when extended, the leveling rod provides a generously sized scale and target point for leveling instruments. The two scales are divided in mm and cm as an E-scale, allowing for both coarse and very precise measurements with this leveling measuring rod. The measuring range is between -50 cm and +65 cm, with the negative range highlighted in red. For transport or when not in use, the leveling rod can be collapsed to 1.3 m and stored in the robust carrying case with a shoulder strap.

The telescopic measuring rod made of anodized aluminum is sturdy, preventing bending or other sources of inaccuracies. The delivery also includes a spirit level to achieve vertical alignment of the measuring rod and enhance measurement accuracy. Deviations of the laser beam can be indicated with clear plus or minus markings. A metal slider is included for determining differences.
