Connecting pieces such as threads pose a challenge in metal processing due to the heavy load. The S-STUD2500 stud welding machine welds even hard metals very well with a high capacitor capacity of 108,000 µF and a storage energy of 2500 J. Using the CD tip ignition, you can briefly melt the ignition tip of the bolt and the workpiece. When you apply pressure, the arc goes out and both parts are firmly connected to each other. With this process, you can weld up to 20 studs per minute. It is suitable for sheets from 0.5 mm.
