Properties

The Stahlwerk wood auger bits in sizes 6 / 8 / 10 / 12 / 16 / 25 mm and a length of 230 mm are ideal for precise drilling of through holes or deep blind holes.
Thanks to their integrated thread at the centre point, the twist drills powerfully pull themselves into the workpiece. The removed material is conveyed directly out of the drill hole via the sharpened spiral.
The wood drill bits have first-class chip removal, which makes drilling deep holes much easier.
Made from high-quality carbon steel, the auger bits are extremely stable, extremely hard-wearing and can withstand the highest loads.
The auger bits are suitable for beams, softwood and hardwood. They are used in particular for wood processing in industry, trade, workshops and DIY.
