Stahlwerk Rohrausklinkmaschine RA-50 ST

The Stahlwerk RA-50 ST is a precision machine for notching metal pipes. Metal pipes up to a diameter of 80 mm (3) can be fixed in the robust clamping device of the pipe notcher using a clamping lever with a powerful spindle thread. The clamping range of the milled and hardened clamping prism covers pipe diameters from DN 20 (3/4) to DN 80 (3). The notches in the pipe are made with a hole saw. The guide pin of the hole saw is embedded in a guide block on needle bearings and mounted on a stable tool support. The stable tool support and the backlash-free needle bearing enable precise work when notching pipes.
