With 3 or 5 inclined shelf levels, the shelves securely accommodate all types of containers with various dimensions, making them universally applicable. The high load capacity of up to 2.5 tons per section, their flexibility through the combination of base and extension sections into shelf rows, and the cost-effective construction with continuously galvanized components from the R 3000 system are significant features of these material supply shelves from SSI SCHÄFER. Pre-assembled shelf frames and system components that are joined without screws ensure quick assembly of the shelves. A stop bar securely holds the containers in place on the inclined levels. Side guides on the ends of the shelves prevent items from falling out between the shelf supports.

The extension sections consist of a pre-assembled frame, 3 or 5 shelf levels, 3 or 5 stop bars, 6 or 10 inclined shelf brackets, and 2 end caps. The shelf levels are height-adjustable in increments of 53 mm. The inclined shelf levels ensure a forced feed of containers and improve visibility and accessibility on the picking side. They are also suitable for use in ESD areas to protect high-quality electronic components.
