The ITW Spit Diamond Groove Cutter 811223 is a lightweight and compact groove saw, ideal for dust-free work with Spit vacuum cleaners. It offers a dust-free cutting guide, tested according to BG BAU, with a dust channel and dust deflector positioned directly above the discs. The closed disc cover with a brush ring ensures minimal dust generation during immersion.

Thanks to the patented axle geometry, the saw allows cuts close to edges, leaving only 23 mm. Grooves can be milled without reworking, and the Dia Slot disc block enables dust-free operation up to a maximum width of 30 mm and depth of 35 mm (available only in Austria).

The powerful 2500 Watt motor delivers a torque of 2.8 Nm and can easily handle all substrates made of stone, precast concrete parts, and reinforcement steel. The main handle is positioned directly behind the discs, allowing for direct power transmission and support for the disc feed.

The cutting depth can be easily adjusted with a turn of the adjustment wheel, while the groove width or disc change can be done using the Dia-Quick® quick-release system.

The chassis with 6 wheels on 4 axles provides stability, even on uneven surfaces, and allows for precise guidance. A swiveling auxiliary handle makes grooving easier.
