The SPAX flat head screw with a flush countersunk head and optimized partial thread is perfect for woodworking and interior construction tasks. The flush sinking of the flat head allows for seamless placement of the next component. This specially designed screw is particularly suited for fastening battens, counter battens, wooden building elements, facades, roofs, and stairs. The shaft of the screw is tailored to the most common wood thicknesses and replaces the previously standard 6 mm diameter screws. The wave profile at the tip of the thread ensures secure and quick screwing. Thanks to the 4CUT tip (square tip), screwing without pre-drilling (depending on the wood) is no longer a problem. The sophisticated tip reduces splitting, displaces wood fibers, and decreases the screwing torque. The T-STAR plus system ensures a clean fit and better grip of the T-STAR plus BIT, optimizing power transfer and protecting the screw head.
