The SPAX typical drive T-STAR plus is a so-called internal hexagon. This shape increases the contact surface of our T-STAR plus, allowing the T-STAR plus bits to fit optimally in the screw head. The best possible power transmission from the screwdriver to the screw through T-STAR plus enables quick work, and it is significantly more efficient than all other drives.

The fixing thread consists of a main thread that is inserted into the substructure and the underhead thread. This underhead thread ensures that the deck board is securely held on the substructure under all weather conditions. The smooth shaft between the threaded sections absorbs the movements of the board.
