With the Smartwares FSM-17400 230V smoke detector, you can act promptly in the event of a fire. The smoke detector can be connected to a fixed power supply and comes with an alkaline backup battery that has a lifespan of 1 year. With an alarm sound of 85 dB, you can avoid life-threatening situations.

The smoke detector is equipped with an optical sensor. This responds quickly to smoldering fires, triggers significantly fewer false alarms, and is environmentally friendly. The FSM-174 smoke detector is connected to the existing electrical wiring, so you don't have to worry about changing batteries. The smoke detector has a sleep and hush mode. In sleep mode, the smoke detector is temporarily disabled. This can be useful if the power supply is compromised or if the low battery indicator goes off in the middle of the night. The hush button can silence a suspected false alarm.

To be reliably alerted in the event of a fire, you should install at least one smoke detector on each floor. Since the smoke detector is installed with the existing wiring, you can connect up to 12 smoke detectors.
