Simplex Soft-face mallet with cast steel housing and wooden handle, Ø 40, TPE-mid / superplastic

The SIMPLEX series 3037 features the combination of TPE-mid / Superplastic.

The gray TPE-mid insert (Series 3203) provides comparable impact force to the black rubber insert, but without leaving any unwanted black residue.

The Superplastic insert (Series 3207) offers a higher impact force than the rubber insert. It is a medium-hard plastic insert made from extruded, extremely homogeneous material. Compared to injection-molded plastic inserts, it is significantly more wear-resistant and durable.

The housing made of ductile cast iron has an integrated handle protection sleeve that ensures high break resistance.

The high-quality, vibration-damping, ergonomically shaped wooden handle is double-coated in the grip area, making it resistant to dirt.

According to the clever SIMPLEX principle, all components are interchangeable and retrofittable. This not only saves money but also conserves resources.

This version is available in sizes from D30mm to D80mm.
