The SIMPLEX series 3167 features a combination of plastic and superplastic inserts.

The red plastic insert (series 3206) is hard and resistant to oil and grease.

The superplastic insert (series 3207) is a medium-hard plastic insert made from extruded, extremely homogeneous material, making it significantly more wear-resistant and durable.

The extra lightweight aluminum housing with an integrated handle protection sleeve allows the user to control and determine the striking force effectively. This makes it suitable for processing break-sensitive materials.

The high-quality, vibration-dampening, ergonomically shaped wooden handle is double-coated in the grip area, making it resistant to dirt.

According to the clever SIMPLEX principle, all components are interchangeable and can be retrofitted. This not only saves money but also conserves resources.

This version is available in sizes from D30mm to D60mm.
