For each input, there is a switching contact for alternating or direct current in the range of 10 to 230 V. Each input allows direct operation at the device for simulating input states and status indication via LED. A button on the front of the device is used to activate and deactivate direct operation, and an LED indicates the status of direct operation. Maintenance-free terminals are provided for connecting and looping through untreated conductors, single-stranded, fine-stranded, and multi-stranded, ranging from 0.5 to 2.5 mm². The maximum length of the connection wires is 100 m for twisted pair conductors. The electronics operate via bus voltage. Housing: plastic, color RAL 7035 (light gray), N-dimension. This is a modular device for mounting on TH35 DIN EN 60715 mounting rails. Protection class: IP 20. Maximum width is 4 TE (1 TE = 18 mm).
