The Sick Klein light barrier is a highly advanced motion detector based on the principle of reflective light barriers. With a switching distance of up to 10 meters, this device offers reliable object detection without a minimum distance to the reflector, made possible by innovative autocolimation and coaxial optics. The light barrier is equipped with a PinPoint LED light emitter that uses visible red light to ensure precise and efficient functionality. The housing is made of VISTAL®, a robust plastic material that provides high resistance to environmental influences. The Klein light barrier also features an IO-Link V1.1 communication interface, enabling enhanced sensing, efficient communication, and diagnostic functions. These features make the device ideal for various industrial applications where precise motion detection is required.
