Product details

The reflection light barrier from Sick is a highly advanced motion detector based on the principle of autocolimation. This device is capable of detecting objects at a maximum switching distance of up to 4 meters. The light barrier uses visible red light emitted by an LED to ensure precise detections. Its robust construction made of zinc die-cast guarantees durability and reliability in various applications. The reflection light barrier is equipped with a PNP switching output, allowing for easy integration into existing systems via a 4-pin M12 connector. Adjustment is made through a potentiometer, enabling flexible adaptation to different requirements. With a detection angle of 1.5 degrees, this device offers targeted and precise motion detection.

  • Maximum switching distance of 4 meters
  • Autocolimation for precise detection without a minimum distance to the reflector
  • Robust housing made of zinc die-cast
  • Easy integration via 4-pin M12 connector
  • Adjustable sensitivity through potentiometer.
