The SFM4100 flow meter from Sensirion is a high-precision OEM gas flow meter designed for demanding applications in volume measurement. It measures air and non-aggressive gases with excellent accuracy over a wide dynamic range. With a maximum mass flow rate of up to 20 standard liters per minute (slm) and an operating pressure of up to 10 bar, the SFM4100 delivers reliable performance. The digital I2C interface allows for easy integration into microprocessor environments, while Sensirion's patented CMOSens® technology combines the sensor element, signal processing, and digital calibration on a single microchip.
