For quick measurements in a vacuum with the ECO240-1 (VAC), the device is fast and precise, for example, for testing vacuum packaging machines: pack the device and evacuate, read the display, and you're done. The minimum value display allows the minimum achieved vacuum to be read even after unpacking. It is also suitable for monitoring vacuum casting processes.

The high-resolution barometer/manometer of the ECO240-2 covers the pneumatic range with a resolution of 1 hPa up to 14 bar. It can be used as a relative pressure measuring device (performing a zeroing "Tare" to set the device to 0) or as an absolute pressure measuring device (starting at ambient pressure, e.g., 1013 hPa). With optional calibration certificates, the baro/vacuum meter can serve as a perfect reference device for verifying the actual accuracy of corresponding devices.
