Product details

The wireless Wiser water leak sensor from Schneider Electric is designed to be placed in areas where leaks are more likely to occur. When the device detects water on the surface, it sends a notification about potential water damage to the user's phone. Additionally, the device provides a local acoustic alarm, so the phone is not required for the notification. For example, a water leak sensor installed near water connections in a kitchen cabinet can inform a user who is not at home about the leak. The device can also automatically control other devices to turn them off, such as by using controllable Wiser sockets.

Wiser is an evolving smart home system that is easy to install and can be adapted to the needs and preferences of any home. It allows residents to use their smartphone via the Wiser by SE app as a control for their home. Wiser is compatible with Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, and Siri. All devices connected to the home can be viewed and controlled in the Wiser by SE app. The open and certified Zigbee 3.0 standard ensures expandability with third-party devices, with certification guaranteeing compatibility. This widely used standard includes over 450 manufacturers. Devices manufactured by SE can also be used in other applications. The solution can be easily expanded later with new SE devices.

Note: This is a ZigBee device and requires a central unit of the Wiser smart home system to function.
