The professional Leeb hardness tester series HMM from Sauter is portable and offers advanced features, making it ideal for a variety of applications. The HMM hardness tester operates by accelerating the internal rebound module against the tested item. Depending on the hardness of the object, the kinetic energy of the module is absorbed. The reduction in speed is measured and converted into hardness values. Automatic impact detection, external impact sensor, 360° measurement directions possible, calibration block included, wireless IR printer included, mini-statistics function, automatic unit conversion, operates on mains or battery power.
