Satel Tester for Acoustic Glass Break Detectors

The Indigo Tester is designed to check the proper functionality of acoustic glass break detectors. During the test, the tester produces a very high-pitched sound that simulates the noise of breaking glass.

  • Three signal types are available: for tempered safety glass, standard glass, and laminated glass.
  • It is recommended to use the tester before the final installation of the tested detector; this allows for the selection of a mounting location that enables optimal detection range of the detector.
  • To protect the hearing of the person operating the tester, it is equipped with a safeguard against accidental activation.
  • The tester features an LED diode that indicates a weak battery and the need for battery replacement.
  • It generates the glass break sound for standard glass, tempered safety glass, and laminated glass.
  • Power supply: 9V - 6LR61 alkaline battery.
