Application:
To avoid ear pressure and pain during a flight, it is recommended to insert the earplugs before takeoff and remove them about 30 minutes after takeoff. Only then is the cruising altitude reached, at which point the pressure no longer changes. For landing, you should insert the earplugs 45 minutes before the planned landing time.
