Conically ground saw blades achieve the same effect, but taper even more evenly from the toothing to the back of the saw blade. This way the saw blade can be thinner. The thinner the saw blade, the faster and easier the cut.

Computer-controlled grinding machines produce conically ground saw blades with a thicker tooth edge, which makes the type of toothing insignificant.

Cuts like a knife:

The hard chrome coating is rust- and friction-free and leaves a cut pattern "as planed". The teeth are ground with a whetstone, which results in an extremely sharp cutting edge that is much sharper than conventionally ground teeth. She's as sharp as a quality knife.

Impulse hardened teeth:

Permanently filed teeth are subjected to precision-controlled electronic pulses (pulse hardening), which heat and harden only the cutting edge of each individual incisor. This ensures that the razor-sharp cutting edge remains sharp cut by cut. A pulse-hardened saw blade usually lasts three times longer than a conventional, non-pulse-hardened saw blade.
