Hollow grind with variable tooth pattern:

In traditional wood saws, the teeth are angled outward so that only the teeth touch the wood, reducing the friction between the wood and the saw blade side. Such a saw blade has a wider cutting width, which requires more time and effort.

Taper-ground saw blades achieve the same effect but taper more evenly from the teeth to the back of the blade. This allows the saw blade to be thinner. The thinner the saw blade, the faster and easier the cut.

The curvature of the saw blade simplifies cuts above shoulder height. The precision-ground teeth ensure consistent cutting performance throughout the entire pull. Thanks to this unique Samurai construction, the saw blade is likely the most efficient and user-friendly in the world.

Taper-ground saw blade:

Computer-controlled grinding machines produce taper-ground saw blades with a thicker tooth edge, making the type of tooth pattern less significant.

Cuts like a knife:

The hard chrome coating is rust- and friction-free, leaving a cut surface "like planed." The teeth are sharpened with a honing stone, resulting in an extremely sharp cutting edge that is significantly sharper than conventionally ground teeth. It is as sharp as a quality knife.

Impulse-hardened teeth:

Permanently filed teeth are subjected to precision-controlled electronic impulses that heat and harden only the cutting edge of each individual tooth. This ensures that the razor-sharp cutting edge remains sharp cut after cut. An impulse-hardened saw blade typically lasts three times longer than a conventional, non-impulse-hardened saw blade.
