Product details

Hollow grind with standard tooth configuration:

In a conically ground saw blade, the teeth are thicker than the back, making the use of a standard saw blade unnecessary. The main advantage of this design is the reduced friction during cutting and a precise cut that is "like planed." The tooth angle remains unchanged along the entire length of the saw blade.

The saw blade is impulse-hardened and has a lifespan three times longer than a conventional non-impulse-hardened saw blade.

Conically ground saw blade:

Computer-controlled grinding machines produce conically ground saw blades with a thicker tooth edge, making the type of tooth configuration less significant.

Cuts like a knife:

The hard chrome coating is rust- and friction-free, leaving a cut that looks "like planed." The teeth are sharpened with a honing stone, resulting in an extremely sharp cutting edge that is significantly sharper than conventionally ground teeth. It is as sharp as a quality knife.

Impulse-hardened teeth:

Permanently filed teeth are subjected to precision-controlled electronic impulses (impulse hardening), which heat and harden only the cutting edge of each individual tooth. This ensures that the razor-sharp cutting edge remains sharp cut after cut. An impulse-hardened saw blade typically lasts three times longer than a conventional non-impulse-hardened saw blade.
