Using heat from a soldering iron or ultrasound, the press-fit nuts are simply embedded in a blind or through hole. Firm hold with simple application: Thanks to the geometry of the threaded sleeve, it holds firmly in the pressure part. The opposing spiral knurled nuts ensure a balanced high tightening and loosening torque as well as a high tightening force. The guide makes insertion much easier.

Stable and durable screw-in threads: The inserts with internal threads are made of the highest quality brass, which ensures optimum corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity. This means that every press-in nut can be used for a long time and is easy to insert. The screw-in threads can also be reused by carefully removing them from the press-fit part when they are no longer required. Suitable for various plastics: The inserts are designed for all thermoplastics. For example, the knurled nuts hold in PLA, PETG, ABS, PPS, PP and many more. As soon as the plastic of the part around the brass sleeve cools and hardens again, the internally threaded sleeve is firmly anchored. Practical thread insert set: The ruthex thread insert set RX-M5x9.5 consists of 50 press-in nuts with an M5 internal thread and a length of 9.5 mm. The threaded sleeves can be inserted using ultrasonic and heat embedding.
